Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Training of the show horses & lessons have priority use of the indoor arena daily

Turn-out is provided daily; weather permitting.

Feed Schedule:

Morning 7:00 - 8:00

Lunch 12:00 - 1:00

Late Afternoon 4:00 - 5:00

Evening 7:00-8:30

All horses are fed Blue Seal Feeds

Barn Rules

No Smoking    No Outside Dogs

PLEASE DO NOT FEED OR PET THE HORSES AND PONIES. WE CANNOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR POSSIBLE INJURY.

SAFETY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS.

• Just-In-Time Farm requires the use of SEI certified helmets

• Please inform staff if you have given permission to a friend to use your horse.   If you have given permission to a friend to use your horse, an Just-In-Time Farm Release of Liability Form MUST be completed and signed by that person,  prior to the use of your horse

• Good judgment is expected when sharing use of facilities

Full Board Includes:

Daily turnout individually or small groups

Fresh water in all paddocks

Fully matted stalls

Feeding of high quality timothy hay 4x a day

Feeding of Blue Seal Vintage Victory grain 2x a day

Owner supplied supplements added to feed or supplements can be purchased through farm

Stall cleaning daily

Large indoor arena 60 x 120 ft

Regulation carriage driving arena 130 x 260 ft outdoor arena

Trails through woods on property

Round pen

Heated tack room and observation/lounge room
