Just-In-Time Farm - Just-Fun
Antonucci's Ambrosia:
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 bag sweetened coconut
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Sour cream - can use "light"
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
Assorted fresh fruit
Combine all well drained can fruit in a large bowl.
(I let the canned fruit sit in a strainer for 15 mins.) Use as many maraschino cherries as you like-drained.
Add any washed fresh fruit you like such as red grapes, cantaloupe, berries etc.
Coat fruit with 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.
Depending on size of cans and fruit, you may need more or less sour cream.
Add at least 1 cup of marshmallows.
Sprinkle in coconut to you liking.
Mix all together.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
